With Mother's Day this month the metrostyle e-newsletter paid homage to our Moms by asking metrostyle associates "What is the best fashion advice your mother ever gave you?". Among the tidbits of advice my mother gave me were these traditional words of wisdom ..."Wear nice underwear in case you're in an accident" and the slightly less traditional "Better to be overdressed than underdressed"We have all been the recipient of fashion advice (or opinions) from our Mom's whether they were solicited or not.
So we want to know, what is the best or worst fashion advice you ever got from your mom?
